- Follow Monte Vista Road for approximately 1.8 miles. Where Monte Vista Road takes a sharp left, bear right onto Holcombe Cove Road. Pisgah Valley directional signs will be ahead on the right. Stay to the left of the Mount Pisgah Academy Seventh-day Adventist Church.
- For Independent Living, bear left and enter the Independent Living neighborhood.
- For Assisted Living, bear right and enter the Assisted Living Building parking lot.
- For Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation, bear right and go up the hill to enter the Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation parking lot.
- For Pisgah Valley Wellness Center, bear right and enter the Wellness Center parking lot.
