Welcome back to Wellness Wednesday! The first annual Pisgah Valley Senior Olympics are underway and the competition is hot between the red and green teams! Out of the 27 events, anyone can take it. Who are you placing your bets on?
We are proud of our Pisgah Manor and Pisgah Villa residents. They rose to the occasion for participating in the Walk to End Alzheimer’s this weekend!
Spirit week is off to a great start and yesterday’s pajama day was a hit! Our residents wore their most comfortable PJ’s and joined us for Balance and Flex, Senior Yoga and a gentle bedtime stretch routine during a rainy afternoon. What a way to end the day!
