It is #ActiveAgingWeek and what better way to celebrate than with an old fashioned pep rally before the second annual Liberty Senior Olympics next week at Pisgah Valley?!
We started the day off with a hula hoop class, had a break at our champions lunch and finished the day out with some drumming and dance.
