Tony Goodman, who has worked with his hands as a craftsman his whole life, including 30 years detailing cars, now enjoys spending his time crafting tie-dye works of art at Pisgah Valley Retirement Community. Though he is legally blind, Goodman fashions his individual pieces intentionally and with passion — and he said he gets the same satisfaction from his craft as he did when detailing cars.
