Dick and Carol Branting joined Pisgah Valley in 2016. They love the mountains, the history and the temperate climate. The Asheville area has much to offer. And although Pisgah Valley is in a rural setting, they appreciate that high-quality medical care and amenities, all within a 15 minute drive. Both agree the patio homes are attractive, offer abundant storage and good flow between rooms. The fact that home and grounds maintenance is included is icing on the cake!
Carol said, “We enjoy the real community feel Pisgah Valley offers, especially the social opportunities with neighbors. Of course, the ability to walk outdoors and enjoy nature right outside our front door is a plus.” Dick and Carol encourage everyone to schedule a visit to tour a home.
