We recently enjoyed an outing to The Museum of the Cherokee People, where they explored the rich heritage, history, and culture of the Cherokee community. After a wonderful morning at the museum, the group headed to Waynesville for lunch, sharing great food, laughter, and meaningful conversations along the way.

Thank you to Movement for Life Physical Therapy and CenterWell of Asheville for providing an informative Balance & Fall Prevention workshop for our residents. Participants learned simple, effective strategies to improve stability and confidence, received individual balance assessments, and took home exercise sheets to continue their progress.
