Residents enjoyed an afternoon Residents enjoyed an afternoon touring Thomas Wolfe’s “Old Kentucky Home” . Specifically, they stepped back into a very historical time period. Still considered one of literature’s most famous landmarks. Best of all, was the location in Asheville !

Our live zoom cooking show this week we featured a healthy Beet & Arugula Salad. We also whipped up a homemade Vinaigrette. To finish off the salad, a classic beetroot juice !
Pisgah Valley is in a beautiful location surrounded by a playground of mountains. There are so many choices in outdoor activities. Our residents enjoyed a scenic drive to Pisgah National Forest. While there, they surely enjoyed the fresh mountain air, as well as hiking to Daniel Ridge Falls.
