Welcome back to Wellness Wednesday! It is #NationalHydrationDay . Pisgah Valley Retirement Employees are going all out! A little friendly competition anyone? It’s a month long hydration challenge. The goal? Half your body weight in ounces of water… each day. Who wants to join the challenge?
The Independent Living residents visited the Buckner Gallery. An impressionist painting of Jenny Buckner and the realist paintings of artist Tina Honerkamp in Waynesville were spectacular. Then off to Kanini’s Restaurant & Catering to enjoy a meal together, in a restaurant!
It’s getting wild over here! Pisgah Estates takes a trip to Greenville Zoo in Greenville, SC.
